We are dedicated to providing a welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of identity; this includes gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion and ethnicity.

Please be mindful of the experience which your words and behaviour may have on those around you.

Harassment, and discrimination have no place anywhere.

Harassment and discrimination, includes offensive verbal comments related to identity (as set out above), as well as deliberate intimidation, disruptive behaviour / disruption of performances, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention.

If you are made to feel uncomfortable or you experience unacceptable behaviour at an event, please contact a member of venue staff or Reel Steel team, or you can e-mail:  reel.steel@outlook.com

We reserve the right to take action to stop any unacceptable behaviour, which may include being ejected from the event.
